On October 20, 2025, the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce participated in Roundtable Session on Policy Interpretation for Foreign-Invested Enterprises in Beijing chaired by Vice Minister of Commerce Ling Ji. Senior officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and other relevant government departments attended the meeting.

财政部、工业和信息化部等相关政府部门负责人出席会议并围绕近期政策进行了解读，并就外资企业反映的关切和诉求进行了回应。

Officials from the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and other relevant departments attended the session. They provided explanations on recent policy developments and responded to the concerns and requests raised by foreign-invested enterprises.

商务部副部长兼国际贸易谈判副代表凌激在会上表示，9月出台的《关于在政府采购中实施本国产品标准及相关政策的通知》，有力保障了外资企业参与政府采购的合法权益，在后续制定具体产品标准时，商务部欢迎包括外资企业在内的各方提出意见和建议。

Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy China International Trade Representative, stated that the Notice on the Implementation of Domestic Product Standards and Related Policies in Government Procurement, issued in September, effectively safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of foreign-invested enterprises participating in government procurement. He added that MOFCOM welcomes feedback and suggestions from all stakeholders, including foreign-invested enterprises, during the formulation of specific product standards.

中国瑞士商会将继续发挥政企沟通桥梁作用，积极反映会员企业诉求，为中瑞经贸合作发展贡献力量。
