中国欧盟商会与辽宁省委书记许昆林举行会谈

4 月 24 日，中国欧盟商会主席彦辞（Jens Eskelund）率领代表团访问沈阳，与辽宁省委书记许昆林举行闭门会谈。代表团成员包括中国欧盟商会沈阳分会主席艾嘉德（Erich Kaiserseder），沈阳分会董事会成员，以及顾问委员会企业代表。辽宁省副省长顾军，沈阳市委副书记、市长吕志成，相关部门负责人及大连市委常委、副市长邱宝林共同出席会议。会议就欧盟中小企业融资支持、电费成本、补贴兑现以及将于今年6月在沈阳举办的中欧文化旅游美食美酒季等重点议题进行了交流。

On 24th April, European Chamber President Jens Eskelund led a delegation to Shenyang and held a closed-door meeting with Liaoning Party Secretary Xu Kunlin. Eskelund was joined by Shenyang Chapter Chair Erich Kaiserseder, Advisory Council members and Shenyang Chapter board members. Vice Governor Gu Jun, Mayor of Shenyang Lyv Zhicheng, Vice Mayor of Dalian Qiu Baolin and the heads of relevant departments also participated in the meeting. Key issues discussed included financing support and subsidy efficiency for European small and medium-sized enterprises, electricity costs, and the Sino-European Culture, Tourism, Food & Wine Fair, set to be held in Shenyang in June.

许昆林对中国欧盟商会及会员企业给予辽宁振兴发展的支持表示感谢，认真倾听并回应代表团的意见和建议，并表示将全力打造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，健全外商投资服务保障体系，为外资企业在辽发展创造更好条件。希望中国欧盟商会充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，引导更多欧盟企业 “扎根”辽宁。

Xu thanked the European Chamber and its members for their support for Liaoning’s revitalisation and development. He responded to the opinions and suggestions put forward, stating that Liaoning will fully build a first-class market-orientated, law-based and international business environment, improve the service guarantee system for foreign investment, and create better conditions for foreign-funded enterprises to operate and grow in Liaoning. He said that he hoped the European Chamber would fully leverage its role as a bridge to guide more EU enterprises to set up operations in Liaoning.

政府主管领导逐一回应代表团关切事项，双方商定建立长效沟通机制，协同发力，持续优化本地外商营商环境。

Government officials responded to the concerns raised by the delegation. Both sides agreed to establish a long-term communication mechanism and work together to continuously improve the business environment for foreign investors in the region.
