中国欧盟商会代表团拜会中共中央对外联络部副部长马辉

　　8月11日，中国欧盟商会主席彦辞(Jens Eskelund)率领商会执行委员会代表团，与中共中央对外联络部副部长马辉举行闭门会谈。双方就中欧关系以及欧洲企业在华面临的挑战交换了意见。

　　彦辞强调，开展常态化对话、相互理解双方合理关切，对于寻求可行解决方案具有重要意义。商会代表团还提出经济安全、内卷、本土化、低碳发展以及国产产品标准等相关议题，从而更好地践行“立足中国，服务世界”。

　　马辉表示，与中国欧盟商会开展建设性交流十分必要，有助于推动双边合作，在国家安全与发展之间寻求平衡。

　　会谈期间，彦辞向马辉递交了商会的《2026年商业信心调查》。

　　On 11th August, European Chamber PresidentJens Eskelundled a delegation of the Chamber’s Executive Committee in a closed-door meeting with Vice MinisterMa Huiof the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC). Both sides exchanged views on European Union-China relations and the challenges faced by European businesses in China.

　　Eskelund highlighted the importance of regular dialogue and mutual understanding of legitimate concerns of both sides in order to find a viable solution. Chamber delegates also raised issues around economic security, involution, localisation, low-carbon development and the standards of domestically produced products, among others, to better act on the vision of ‘In China, For the World’.

　　Ma acknowledged the necessity of constructive exchanges with the European Chamber to facilitate bilateral cooperation and strike a balance between national security and development.

　　During the meeting, Eskelund presented Ma with a copy of the Chamber’sBusiness Confidence Survey 2026.
